Get Kaspersky 2011 Free Forever!

Well don’t be so surprised that you can get such a marvellous antivirus software for free forever! All you need to do is spend just 5 minutes of your time every month! That’s Right! Well here’s how you can use the latest version of Kaspersky (I use Kaspersky Internet Security 2011) forever and ever:

kaspersky2011

1. Go to the official Kaspersky website and download the trial version of KIS 2011 (Kaspersky Internet Security) from here. Just enter your name and email and click Submit. Then, you can either download from the link send to your email or just by clicking the download link.

2. Run the setup file (with Internet on) and install Kaspersky. Finally you will get a screen which asks you to activate your license. Click on “Activate Trial Version”. Now you have the complete version installed, but just for 30 days.

3. All we need now, is after those 30 days, you still want it to be working rite? So follow these steps, to refresh the 30 day-trial period every month.

  • As the trial is about to expire (2 days left), uninstall Kaspersky
  • Type regedit in Run from the Start Menu to open the Registry Editor

Run

  • Right Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and Export to save your current settings of your registry (only if you want to)

 export

  • Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and select the Kaspersky Lab folder. Right Click and Delete it
  • Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE go to Microsoft folder –> Cryptography folder –> RNG folder. To the Right hand side, if you find a file called “Seed”, delete it. If not, ignore this step.
  • Again, under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE go to Microsoft folder –> System Certificates folder –> SPC folder –> Certificates… Now Delete this entire Certificates folder
  • You’re done! Now restart your computer and then reinstall Kaspersky again. The trial version will be set to another 30 days. Follow this procedure every month and use Kaspersky forever! Winking smile

Now this may be irritating to some, but trust me I thought the same. Its not bothering anymore. And hey… its Kaspersky we’re talking bout here; so 5 minutes of tweaking per month is negligible! Also, this method can be used for Windows XP, Vista and Win7. Enjoy.

Select All in Facebook

Are you a regular user of ‘Applications’ or ‘Causes’ in Facebook? If yes, then you must have found it really irritating to select all (up till the limit) of your friends from your list when you want to send them invites, messages etc. Well its not going to be a pain anymore.

First of all go to your application in Facebook and when you get the screen to invite all your friends what you generally do is click their icons, one by one.

all-invite

Here, instead of clicking each one, all you need to do is copy the following code and paste in your address bar and you’re good to go:

javascript:elms=document.getElementById('friends').getElementsByTagName('li');for(var fid in elms){if(typeof elms[fid] === 'object'){fs.click(elms[fid]);}}

select-all
Tell me if this works for you and if it has helped you. Again, you cannot select all more than the limit, but it selects all up till the limit. Hope you find it useful. If you've liked this post, click here for free updates.
